ভাত এদেশের প্রধান খাবার, তাই সবাই সচারাচর এখানে ধান চাষ করে!
এই পোস্টে ধান কাটা থেকে চাল তৈরি পর্যন্ত সকল প্রক্রিয়া তুলে ধরার চেস্টা করেছি!

এখন প্রযুক্তির বদৌলতে ধান কাটাতেও বিজ্ঞানের ছোঁয়া লেগেছে। এখন ধান কাটা থেকে মাড়াই সবই করা হয় আধুনিক মেশিনে! যদিও এখনো সর্বত্র প্রচলিত হয়নি এটি।

এই ধানকে চালে রুপান্তরের জন্য একে প্রথমে সিদ্ধ করে পরে রোদে পরিমিত শুকিয়ে নিতে হয়! তারপর ভাঙানোর মেশিন দিয়ে ভাঙিয়ে চাল ও চালের খোসা আলাদা করা হয়!

এভাবেই ধান থেকে আমাদের দেশে চাল বানানো হয়! এই চালের ভাতেই আমাদের দেশের প্রধান খাদ্য!

Kamu tahu aku nyaris tidak bisa hidup tanpa nasi meskipun aku makan makanan lain roti atau kentang sebanyak apapun .
Aku ltumbuh dan besar di pedesaan jadi mengolah pertanian secara tradisional sangat tidak peraktis dan melelahkan .senang sekali rasanya melihat pertanianmu tumbuh maju dan berkembang .
