@TsekoV wow… what a sight. Another reason why I am dying to come over to visit all of you there. All the pictures of the train and the landscape reminds me so much of the Sound Of Music (although of course that’s in Salzburg Austria), Can’t wait for this pandemic to get over to start moving around again, really. I’m just feeling so lethargic being hogged up in a single location.
I really wish one day soon all of us could travel freely and safely around the world. Until then, we can explore our own area even better in a safe way and look for things we might have never seen yet just as I got on this train journey in the beginning of the year.
I love the post @TsekoV ! I always wanted to travel on this train! The stories that I have heard from my friends, and now reading your post about it. I’m jealous! What was your favorite part of the trip?
Honestly speaking I loved everything about this trip on a narrow-gauge train. My most favorite part were the fascinating views that open during the journey. Words are not enough to describe what one can see there.
Where did you go? Did you also take a train on your journey? Have you ever been on a train going through the mountains?
Just as a reminder, don’t forget when responding to others make sure to tag them (by writing @ before their names) in a post so they can receive notifications that you are communicating with them.
Yes, my son is a big train fan - at one stage, he said wants to be a train driver. He also loves all those LEGO train sets. He wanted to buy a discontinued set which is about US$800 - I say no LOL! I haven’t had any narrow-gauge train journey at all - only the normal train. However, we do have a miniature train here which is mainly for kids. @TsekoV a circle train-track is in a park - a trip is about 5 mins haha!
