São Paulo is a very rich city in diverse situations and with each passing day something new comes into the city.
With Google Maps I can keep track of what’s new here and visit well-spoken and unusual places.
I studied gastronomy 6 years ago and i am a lover of food and flavors. I always like to eat something new and different in our Brazilian cuisine or in other cultures.
One of my great passions for example is Hambuguer! I always enjoy eating, and I’m always looking for different places that have special burgers to try.
In that post I would like to recommend my top 5 current places to eat a burger in town.
#5 Dock Burger
In fifth place the Burger Dock. It stays in the district of Tatuapé, same neighborhood where I live, is a small place and not very old. Since when it opened I accompanied and always ate there, it was a place with only 2 tables and only served a single type of hamburger. more recently it has gained a lot of notoriety, both by the residents of the neighborhood and also people moving from other places just to experience. The place has already been renovated to fit more people, yet lives crowded.
#4 Holy Burger
The Holy is a very beautiful place, well decorated, with excellent service and with several delicious dishes. It is located right in the old center of São Paulo practically hidden, but that is worth visiting to know. The fries are always fresh and hot. I also recommend it as a good place for a first date.
#3 Big Kahuna
The Big Kahuna is an incredible place that stay in the Jardins neighborhood in Sao Paulo and serves giant and monster burgers. Without worrying about health they put everything they have right in the burger, where there is one in the menu that is more than 30cm high. This place has this name because all decoration and space refers to the cafeteria of the same name as the Tarantino Pulp Fiction movie. Very cool.
As its name suggests, this place resembles a butcher’s atmosphere, but also an intimate, modern bar in New York. Besides the burgers are delicious, it has a very good drinks menu and that matches the food menu perfectly. In the itaim bibi neighborhood, there is no better place to eat something at night than here.
#1 Meats
For me, one of the best burger in town you can only find here in Meats! Super innovative and with out-of-the-ordinary combinations are excellent. The service is fast and attentive and the place is filled with nice little nooks to sit and chat at will. The chef here, Paulo Yoler likes to worship the bacon in all his menu, where he creates unique and different snacks that escape the standard and you only find here. It1s my favorite place when I think of burger in São Paulo.
