@katydarhel @PrasadVR @TerryPG, I’m jumping in here to add some clarification which may also interest others.
Yes this year’s Top 100 Champion board takes count of the number of times a Local Guide has been in the Top 100 but only on the 19 leaderboards excluding both the Champion board itself (to avoid circular references) and the Top 10 Local Guide Champion Movers & Shakers board. The Top 10 Champion board takes count of the number of times a Local Guide has been in the top 10 of the 20 boards including the Top 100 Champions board and provided to show who are the recipients of the special 2024 Movers & Shakers badge.
While the Frequency column shown on both Champion boards indicates the number of times each Local Guide appeared on the respective 19 or 20 boards, as explained in point #9 of the readme section, the score value you see is a weighting which takes into account where on the boards they appeared; the higher up, the higher the weighting score. This is used to more fairly rank Local Guides having the same frequency count and becomes very important at the 100th position on the leaderboards to determine who gets on the leaderboard and who doesn’t in the event of equal counts. I hope this all makes sense.
I was working on refinements of this but just ran out of time however, you will see that I added a screenshot in my comment here which I will try to bring in when it comes time to decide who are the 2025 Movers & Shakers Champions, hint, hint,
