That sounds like a difficult situation. When you post a review on Google Maps, sometimes it may take a little while before it appears publicly. In some cases, reviews can also be filtered if they do not meet Google’s content policies.
You can try checking if your review is still visible to you when signed in, and also review the Maps policies to make sure it follows the guidelines.

In this post you can find a 17 point check list you can run over. Next please review all your reviews to see if you can answer in the affirmative to each of these 4 questions.
If you fix any issues, your reviews will most likely go public.
If you think the supermarket scammed you, you should involve the police rather than focusing on making your review public.
