I think there’s no way to generate or monetise using this “local guide”.

You do not get income for being a Local Guide. We are Maps hobbyists and supporters of our communities.

Local guides are not paid or may earn money for their contributions according to program rules. The Local Guides program is for individuals who contribute to Google Maps and love helping others find and explore their world. But they can get other benefits like;
- Early access to new Google products
- Invitations to offline events
- Access to exclusive perks
- A badge of distinction in the Google Maps app
