Being part of the Local Guides community has given me many memorable experiences over the years. Among those memories, three items are especially important to me—my three official Google Local Guides pins.
I’m @Papel_Mahammud , a member and contributor of the Bangladesh Local Guides Community. Through my journey with Local Guides, I have been fortunate to receive these three official pins at different times.
The first official Local Guides pin came to me in 2022 .and it became one of the most memorable items from my Local Guides journey.
The second one is very special because it is the official 10th Anniversary Local Guides pin from 2025 . @MahabubMunna Bhai brought it for me from the Connect Live program in Japan . Since it represents an important milestone of the Local Guides Program, this pin has a special place in my collection.
The third official Local Guides pin came to me in 2026 from the Connect Live Singapore program , and I received it through @MohammadPalash Bhai.
I keep all three of these official Local Guides pins very carefully. For me, they are not just collectibles . Each one represents a different moment, memory, and connection from my journey as a Local Guide.
What makes me even happier is that I don’t always keep them stored away. I proudly wear these pins on my blazer when I go to different places.
Whenever someone notices them and asks what they are, I feel proud to say:
I am a Google Local Guide
These pins may be small, but for me they carry years of memories, contributions, friendship, and community spirit. I’m grateful to the Bangladesh Local Guides Community and to the people who helped these special official Local Guides pins become part of my journey.
I hope to continue this journey and create many more meaningful memories with the Local Guides community in the years ahead.
