Lion dance is a prayer to escape from the disaster of fire. In my area, I visit and dance to 65 houses. One dance dances to music for 1-2 minutes. When the dance is over, each family will be served alcohol and food. I always get drunk at the end of the event. Rather than having religious implications, the meaning of exchange and regional development is stronger. We’ll be shooting a video as it will be held tomorrow. If you can shoot well, I will post it here.
Hello @tamasabu and thank you so much for sharing with us about the Japanese traditional event. In my opinion, Japanese matsuri are very interesting and I am looking forward to your next interesting posts.
By the way, I just wanted to let you know that I am going to move your post to the “Local Stories” board, because there Local Guides share stories from their cities.
