Gobchang is the visceral grilled meat cuisine.
The large intestine is soft and meat juice spreads in the mouth.
Fried rice is very good after eat Gobchang.

Your pictures are lovely. I would like to suggest to add the maps location to your post so that other Local Guides in the area can know where to find it. 
By the way, when I first saw Gobchang, I was terrified, and didn’t want to try it at all. But it is, indeed, really delicious, especially if you can find a good place that serves it. My favorite one is the grilled type, though i enjoyed it with rice as well.
