Uruguay it’s well know by the meat, but since i’m vegetarian and love the green life I like to share restaurants and places that reflect my point of view.
Years ago it was really hard to find places where you could feel comfortable being vegetarian. I always wanted to have a guide which could help me to find alternatives to our traditional cultures and food styles. For the past two years Montevideo opened a lot of great new places with vegetarian, vegan and eco-friendly alternatives, but this places aren’t well know because of their publicity and lack of reviews.
I decided to start sharing how this places work and what they embrace not only because of their publicity but also as a recognition for their work. I feel Google gives me the freedom to say and write how I feel about my point of view.
I had no idea that so many people will take a look to my reviews and pictures, that gave me the impulse to continue writing, contributing to this magnificent community and helping people to find a place where they can feel comfortable.
