The St. Pauli Piers, Hamburg

I have visited the St. Pauli Piers, a landing port in Hamburg, Germany. It is located on the bank of the river Elbe, a very largest landing site in the port of Hamburg. It is one of the most important tourist attraction in Hamburg. I am glad that I had a chance to visit the place on last October 2023, so I would like to share my experience with other Local Guides.

You can visit the St. Pauli Piers in Hamburg and you can have a tour by boats in the Elbe river from here. You can enjoy great view of the Elbe river and the pier. There are few private cruise companies operated boats in every hours pricing around 20 USD.

There are a few benches on the jetties you sit and enjoy the Elbe river and harbor cruises; and also there are many fast food shops from where you can have delicious foods.

I am very happy to see the accessible features in the place, from the road to the jetty has accessible path for the wheelchair users.

Hamburg - das Tor zur Welt!

Eine kurze Ergänzung, es ist eine schwimmende Pontonanlage von 700m Länge und mit 9 von ehemals 10 beweglichen Brücken mit dem Festland verbunden.

Ich liebe Hamburg, meine 2te Heimat und habe bereits viel Zeit hier verbracht. Die Fischbrötchen dort sind mega lecker!

Wer ein ebenfalls tolles Erlebnis mit Schiffen haben möchte sollte unbedingt in den Stadtteil Wedel fahren, dort gibt es die Schiffsbegrüßungsanlage Willkomm-Höft.

Ich habe hier mal das neue Restaurant markiert, das liegt direkt gegenüber vom Steg auf dem man stehend oder sitzend die vorbeifahrenden Schiffe bewundern kann. Es wird dann die Nationalhymne der jeweiligen Nation gespielt

Im neuen Restaurant selbst war ich noch nicht, damals war es ganz nett, aber auch teuer auf Grund der Lage.

Glad to know that Hamburg is your second home and spent a lot of time; i was just for a week and visited a few places like this one. Hamburg is a big and beautiful city indeed, a lot of places to visit; due to time shortage i didn’t go all of them.

I have tried delicious Prawn fish sandwich and also French fries at the jetty.

Unfortunately, i missed the chanced to try at the Willkomm-Höft ship welcome facility.

@AbdullahAM schön dargestellt durch die Bilder und gut erklärt. Eine Hafenrundfahrt ist in Hamburg besonders interessant, es gibt so viel zu sehen. Die ganzen Anlagen und großen Schiffe, oder die Speicherstadt.
