The review is visible for all via the direct link, but not on the business listing

I am writing on behalf of my brother. Here is his message

“I have a problem — some time ago, my account was suspended, but it was a misunderstanding and I managed to recover it. Since then, however, I’ve noticed that my reviews are only visible via a direct link, but not on the business listing itself. Here’s an example:

When I share this link, everyone can see the review, but on the actual business profile, it’s missing. What’s going on? Please don’t send me a generic response — I’m looking for a real explanation. Best regards.
I’d also like to add that this is most likely some kind of bug, and I kindly ask for this to be reported to the support team.

Above is the business listing that should display my review. The counter says there are 9 reviews, but only 6 are visible — mine is missing, even though, as I showed above, it exists and is visible through a direct link.”

Dear @rafal_mering ,

Welcome to the connect community. I think @ErmesT have right explanation for this. Review is publicly visible but I think review is the problem. We put out review on our experiences and other informations on facilities provided by the business. Do that review have that? Also personally, don’t put “requested by a business” in the review too. That absolutely destroys the value of being a local guide.

You didn’t understand my message. All the reviews are visible when I send someone the link—Google has approved them. The issue is only with visibility, because the account was suspended and during that time the reviews disappeared. After the account was restored, the reviews are only accessible via direct link and do not appear on the business profile. All of these reviews were visible before the account was suspended. I sent two links. You’ll see that when you click the first link, the review is visible, but if you go directly to the business profile, you can’t find that review.

Can you understand why the account is suspended? I really don’t think it’s a misunderstanding from teams side too. @ErmesT will clarify your doubts easily.

Since access to the account has been restored and the account is working, it must have been some kind of misunderstanding.
