Typically, we expect the “Public profile” to present less number count in many activities.
Photos & reviews would become private & therefore show less in numbers there.
Amazingly, I find that my public profile reports a higher count for answers, by approx 3K, and those many points!
Though I am not keen to clear up that discrepancy, it would be interesting to know a likely reason for that.
