Fesikh is a traditional ancient dish. Consisting of fermented, salted, and dried fish, The traditional process of preparing Fesikh is to dry the fish in the sun before preserving it in salt. The process is quite elaborate. it always is eaten with green onion and lemon that make an amazing taste.

Very interesting @ahmad_megahid . In Portugal we also have dried and salted codfish and we have a big number of dishes Whit it!
