What do you think of when you hear somebody saying “I have been to Bogota?” Well, I can’t deny the fact that you might think about high traffic, pollution and some other things, that you might find in any other main cities. Such as amusement parks, nice restaurants and so on.
It was a Wednesday, a day sunny and cold , In the city of Fusagasuga. A day when I decided to look on Google Maps for any great ideas and places to go to. So, I ended up finding this natural park called “CHICAQUE”. I have got to tell you , it was not easy at all to get close up to the entry point, but come on folks, anything worth doing takes time and effort. After taking two busses and walking for almost 30 minutes through some trail, I finally reached the entrance. Allow me to show you the entrance and the beautiful lady who sold me some really nice, home-made “arepas”.

Once I was in, I was all excited and started going to all the different places this big and stunning park has. I met up with some foreign people who were also visiting. And I had a really nice time there.
Should you go there?
If you are a nature and high exports lover, you HAVE to go. This park has lodging, hiking, canopy, zipline, horseback riding and many other things you will love.
