I’ve been involved in the customer since I used to work in different companies related with it. They taught me that sometimes it doesn’t matter how does a place look or how expensive it is but it matters is the treatment they give to their clients, talking about food or any other service is the same.
They used to give us an example of any kind of expensive restaurant with a bad service and another with a humble face but with the kindest people you’ve ever met. The most of the time the people rather go to a place in which they can feel comfortable, better than a place in which they will have a bad treatment and besides they are going to pay a lot of money for that, those people never come back to the place but otherwise they still going to the small place with the best service.
So, when I post my opinions in Google Maps I like to talk about the customer service to aware the people about the place and more importantly help the owners of the businesses to improve in that area if is necessary because as they say: the client always has the reason.
The next time you visit a place check on the service and post your opinion to help another local guiders feel comfortable in the places they visit.
