The largest mangrove forest in the world-SUNDARBANS

About Sundarbans: Sundarban is the national forest of Bangladesh. It is the largest mangrove forest in the world. The area of Sundarbans is 10,000 square kilometers. The area of Sundarbans in Bangladesh is 6017 square kilometers, which is about 60.17% of the forest and the rest of the forest is in India.

Location: The Sundarbans are located in the southwest of Bangladesh in Khulna, Satkhira and Bagerhat districts.

Interesting places: Sundarbans has the world famous Royal Bengal tiger, deer, salt water crocodile, red crab, hundreds of species of birds and plants. Also some interesting places located near Sundarbans are Katka, Hiran Point, Dublar Char, Putni Island.

Important information: UNESCO declared Sundarbans as World Heritage 798 in 1997. Dhangmari, Sharankhola and Chandpai areas here have been declared a sanctuary for dolphins.

Facilities: Sundarbans is open almost all the time of the year. But at the beginning of winter and on holidays, people are more crowded. There are many small and big restaurants and hotels to stay and eat here. Where good food and service are available at low prices. Besides, there are tourist police and local guides. They give tourists a good idea about the place.

The same apply for Google Maps, where there is no tolerance for plagiarism, and using copied content is one of the reason for a permanent ban.

Please be so kind to fix the issue in Maps, removing all the stolen contents and all the duplicates photo. Looks like Google is already at work on your profile, and 10% of your photos are actually private (we only see 217 photos). A lot of them are duplicate, others are stolen from the web or screenshots from websites, sometimes also with a watermark.
