The knowledge graph and a disappointed hotel owner

I have a very disappointed client - The Williamsburg Hotel - who expected the panoramic imagery to show up when making a search. They are happy with my work and the imagery but like they say: “It doesn’t really make any difference if our potential guests never see the imagery”.
What can I tell them in regards to whether or not the Google engineers will ever fix the fact that the knowledge graph is still only showing very old Street View imagery?

It would be very nice and even more relevant if new imagery would be presented instead of outdated Street View recordings.

unfortunately we do not guarantee that the 360 photos will replace the Street View imagery.
