Pizza is not only tomato & cheese. Pizza, also in Italy, can be prepared in various ways. This is an example of Neapolitan style pizza: wood oven baked like in Naples. But it is topped with basil pesto sauce (the original recipe with basil, EVO oil and pine nuts or nuts) and mozzarella cheese. Sometimes mozzarella is replaced with “stracchino” Italian cheese, st the end one of the two cheeses is used. It is a very simple dish, not exactly light but really tasty!

hola Amigo! I had the opportunity to eat Pizza in some places of Milan and I loved it… my favourite was the Diabola’s Pizza!
Great @Dtorred ! Diavola is quite similar to the American Pepperoni Pizza and I know it is one of the most favorite among people who try it in Italy!
