From selling chhole Bathure on a cycle to a global reach -

Sh. Sita Ram Ji started the business of Chole Bhature with Mr. Diwan Chand on a cycle and was the most sought after vendor opp. Dav School

The iconic Sita Ram Diwan Chand chhole Bathure since 1950. Located in Chuna Mandi, Pahadganj, their paneer Bathure and delicious Chhole with onions, chutney & carrot & amla pickle is mouthwatering.

My mother’s side my grandparents and maternal uncles are from Paharganj and chhole Bathure from this place were always a regular with us. My mom tells me that they have seen them selling these on a cycle.

This is a tradition with us too like whenever either of us visit each other their chhole Bathure are on the table. :slight_smile: not to mention Samosas from Banke Bihari & dal moth. These are childhood treats and carried over years.

@TusharSuradkar yes so right..they are one vendor who I find has maintained its taste to a large extent. Multiple outlets, online orders and still going strong..
