Sky Garden is a 155 meter high public garden on the 35th floor of the Walkie Talkie Tower.

Kidproof rating: :heart::heart:very kid-proof

  • Easy access by elevators (after security check)
  • Free access but you have to register (expect to wait in the queue at the entrance)
  • Plenty of space to move and run upstairs
  • Nice hideaway places for kids
  • You can go round and see the whole city for above – great selfie spots for teenagers and adult kids
  • Open air lookout balcony to see more
  • There are cafés and clean toilets

It is like a jungle in a skyscraper! The three-level garden is spacious and airy. You can walk up the stairs to see one half of the city and then come down on the other side to see the other half. London Eye, the Shard, Tower Bridge and the Westminster are all under your feet. There are no huge crowds which I liked a lot as it makes it very enjoyable to walk around. The café prices are reasonable.

Akos (10): I ran up and down the stairs, it was fun.”
