Fettuccine Alfredo, invented by Alfredo di Lelio in Rome on 1907, are simple fettuccine tossed with Butter and Parmigiano cheese.
I agree with @JustineE and @davidhyno (nice new photo of the profile. LOL) that the dish looks yummy, but definitely not Alfredo
