Hi @kathryneamezquita . Thanks for sharing these photos. Where were they taken? The fettucine with shrimp (called prawns in Australia) looks delicious!

These dishes seem inviting @kathryneamezquita !
Beautiful photos and I hope they were delicious!

Bye,

David

Your fettuccine looks great @kathryneamezquita , but I have to inform you that your dish is NOT Fettuccine Alfredo.

Fettuccine Alfredo, invented by Alfredo di Lelio in Rome on 1907, are simple fettuccine tossed with Butter and Parmigiano cheese.

I agree with @JustineE and @davidhyno (nice new photo of the profile. LOL) that the dish looks yummy, but definitely not Alfredo :slightly_smiling_face:

In the doubt that Alfredo was referring only to the name of the restaurant (or the cook!) and not really to the dish of fettuccine, I did not report what you have expressed @ErmesT !
But I understand very well that it is difficult for a non-Italian to understand whether a dish offered on the other side of the world reflects originality!
It is known that miles after miles some addition or experimentation to meet local tastes is always done!
Expect clarifications from @kathryneamezquita !

Bye,
David

Hi @kathryneamezquita ,

The dishes look really delicious. Could you link the place you went to? Also, did you remember to leave a review on Google Maps as well? Reviews can be very helpful to others looking to find a nice place to eat.

I love shrimp pasta and it looks really yummy! Which one did you like better? Did you have any desserts?

Thank you

I don’t love sweet. Thank you
