I love sharing most on Google Maps is delicious food because I like trying different kinds of food and share with other people. Stir-frying noodles in central Taiwan are quite common instead of having them during the day or at night. As there are many machine factory located in central Taiwan. The machine factory workers like to eat stir-frying noodles since the noodles can make them feel full and provide energy. This stir-frying noodles have been selling for more than thirty five years. The owner of this restaurant now is the second generation. His father started selling the stir-frying noodles on a tricycle before. Now they have a restaurant but you can still see the tricycle in front of it. The noodles taste salty and smells good because the noodles absorb the sauce while stir frying. The sweet chili sauce is also available if you prefer spicy flavor. The tasty noodles with red onion crisp and braised pork on them, I am sure you are going to like them.

Hello @mfrestrepo47 You’re welcome. There are a lot of stir-frying noodles breakfast restaurants in central of Taiwan. But you can still see a few breakfast like this in other places of Taiwan. I think the family business is just like the long-selling products. There must be something attractive for people to keep having them.
