Thank you for your kind message and appreciations of my post. I love sharing the beauties of my country and feel so happy when other friends may enjoy,
As best period to visit it, you would enjoy the Salento Coast from January to December because of the mild temperatures but I think that the best would be to visit it from June to September. You will find a beautiful sea (as showed in my video), many events organized during the season, delicious foods (sea foods are fished locally and prepared in so different ways 
and your will feel a very friendly atmosphere .

Grazie di cuore per le tue belle parole di apprezzamento del mio post.
Sono molto legato al Salento e al bellissimo mare perché sono nato in questi posti ed ogni volta che torno mi carico di tanta energia e positività.
Il mare è azzurro, la cucina mediterranea è ricca e si possono trovare prelibatezze a base di pesce o carne con tante fresche verdure.
La cosa che colpisce è la semplicità della gente che ama far sentire accolti i tanti turisti che ogni anno si recano.
Se un giorno sarai in Puglia sarò felice di darti consigli sui posti da visitare.
Se passerai da Parma sarò felice di incontrarti e visitare insieme la città ed essere mio ospite in uno dei tanti ristoranti della città.

Connect tiene la virtud de hacer muchos puentes entre los Local Guides @Giuseppe75 , muchas gracias por su ofrecimiento lo consideraré, ya planeó viajar a Italia no se cuando todavía pero lo aré en el futuro.
Un pensamiento aparte de mi respuesta, cuando puedas leo su nombre Giuseppe, recuerdo cuando mi mama lo llama a mi papá jajaj Yusepe, mis abuelos son Italianos.

Grazie per aver condiviso con me il tuo ricordo del tuo papà Giuseppe e sono felice se il mio nome ti ha ricordato momenti belli della tua gioventù. Credo che tra l’Italia e l’Argentina ci sia un forte legame che ricorda quanto sia stata importante in passato l’accoglienza e l’amore della gente del tuo paese.

Thank you so much for reading my post and for your appreciation. Puglia is actually the region where I was born and each time that I come back I feel so delighted from the beauties and foods this territory can offer. I love so much the color of that sea in the south not far from Gallipoli .
