The Bib located in Pulaski is a quaint rustic restaurant with a Tex-Mex menu and amazing BBQ to rival any five star restaurant. The servicer’s are very well versed in the menu and work hard to accommodate their customers taste. Their deserts can satisfy even the most picky sweet-toothed connoisseur. Owner Lauri Lamica and Chef Sarah Rumble definitely work hard to make your dining experience a memorable one, it shows with everything they serve and do. Some say this small town in Pulaski only fills up because of the salmon fishermen I say the fishermen come because of the food and stay for its hometown appeal. There’s something special about this small town restaurant in New York that brings you back home and makes you think of the people in your life that helped create precious memories that the minute you drive into town you feel like you haven’t been home a long time even if this isn’t your hometown it just makes you feel that way. So the next your driving through New York State hope on I-81 and look for the sign that says Pulaski. Just ask anyone in town and they’ll direct right to The Bib. Trust me you know exactly what I mean about the delicious food and soup satisfying ambiance.
