@CarryOn , thank you for explaining this to me. Wow, that chille sauce must be hot! Not sure I could handle that. We have something similar in Australia where lots of people work in offices - food trucks drive around offering hot and cold food and drinks for sale. Mostly it is processed food though - not really fresh like this food.

Not really this sauce does not Hot so much, many people put red sauce on it and eat a chili directly.
Mx is known for its gastronomy, but this food is mostly from the center and south of the country, in the north of the country we do different things, (this sandwich is not an example of this, but if it is very good) if at any time Mx visits, give yourself the opportunity to visit the north of the country, our gastronomy is delicious!
