If your way falls on Ankara (Capital of Turkey) you can be sure that you can eat best delicious meats, kebaps, even fantastic fresh fish. No sea here but perfect fishes 
I recommend you to try Lahmacun especially. It looks like pizza, but the thinner pulp and the incredible meat in the mix will take you away far afiled… Everytime i wait for you
