The restaurant called Babi Guling Selingsing Bu Suci that is located in Desa Cepaka, Tabanan. It specialized in selling roasted pig or Babi Guling.
You will have to go a little bit further to the village but trust me, it will be worth it!
Just trust Google Map to find this place. It works so well in routing it.
What makes it the best Babi Guling in Bali so far is because they sell their roasting pig fresh!.
Nothing’s better than fresh cooked food right?!
They also use a lot of Balinese spices which create that authentic umami flavor of a traditional dish.
If you go a little early to this restaurant, you will be able to see the process of making this roasting pig right before they sell it.
The restaurant opens from 17:00h/05:00PM - finish (might be midnight). It will be better to go there around 5pm - 6pm since there are still plenty choices of meat that you can choose!
There are two types of servings here. The first one is Babi Guling Pisah in which the rice and the meat is served separately; and the second one is Babi guling Campur that means mixed Babi Guling (all rice and meat in one plate).
