I got to level 10 and all the master awards I would please like to say thank to everyone who has helped me the last few weeks sort my account out and tonight reach the highest level possible. I have been working hard and it’s been great to see my views rise drastically, now at 49 million. The funny thing is when I look at where my views are coming from, number 1 if a theme park ride in Cario, Egypt, and 2nd is just a chinese restaurant in Great Yarmouth! 
Thank you again everyone and happy google’ing! (more than happy to help anyone reach the same level as I have achieved. My top tip is to go through all your saved photos/views and review places that you have loads of media about, uploading 50 photos and or videos in one go gets you hundreds of points in hit. I had loads of photos I’d taken of foods in supermarkets, so once I uploaded all those, I got around 10,000 points just for those! I know people have said before we shouldn’t case points and awards, but the awards have really made contribute things I would never normally do, such as video, create new places, edits, etc. It really made me zoom in on my local area and places I know really well to fact check them, I believe this is what local guides is all about.)

Congratulations for your achievement, @JodyBunting! Maybe this happened to you too, that I used to feel nervous when I was about to reach level 10.
