@thaitomave This review was based on my experience from Dec 2019 . One of our usual dinning place , ordered our favorite dish fried rice , it was completely burnt ( please see the picture how badly it is burnt ) when we ask for replacement waitress tasting food with spoon in front of us and replying harshly that it is just smoked it’s Normal way Of serving fried rice , when we replied it’s not normal way of serving fried rice because we been here multiple times and had fried rice , today it’s not good and rice is completely burnt she replied rudely with no respect for customer I took second opinion from chef they also replied it’s not burnt just smoked , we can’t replace the food we can’t provide refund if you want you can order another and pay for it
We feel very bad 
the way waitress behaved to to us today , we waited almost more than 25 mins in front of shop for food and atlast there is no satisfaction in having food plus felt very unpleasant when waitress tasted our plate food in front of us , We observe that people working and serving in #Thaitom doesn’t value their customers , We never had such a worst restaurant experience that too in #usa
