I would have never thought of using avocados instead of bread, it seems like a delicious alternative. It does look like it would be hard to eat, or at least messy, how did easy did you find it?
The avocado fries sound very nice too, do they have sauces to dip them, too?

Yes, the avocado fries come whit a dip, that make them real tasty, there is even a soft drink made with avocado! You should come and try it!
