Hi @KyawMyoAung

The Google content partner program, as you can read by scrolling down the page of which you are sharing the screenshot, clearly says who are the partners:

"We partner with organizations who have authoritative geospatial data for their region. Authoritative means your organization:

Is trusted by users to know what does and doesn’t exist locally

Has high quality geospatial data

Has the rights to share that data

Example partners include:

Local, regional, and national authorities

  • Municipalities
  • Transportation, tourism, and other agencies
  • State / National mapping agencies
  • Indigenous and Aboriginal authorities

Housing developers

Healthcare providers, agencies, and NGOs

Organizations using Google’s maps and APIs

Other trusted public, private or non-profit organizations (e.g., universities)"

The type of data required are linked on the same pages, and are usually data that need to be processed through a desktop computer with different types of software.

The data shared should be quite accurate, and actually I am not aware of any accurate tool for creating them on a mobile. For more details you can read: Specifications for sharing data

The form to share the data, once you are registered and accepted as one of the entities authorised to partner with Google Maps, is available on mobile too, but the data should be generated on a desktop computer, due also to the accuracy required for the data to be accepted.

I know this personally, as I have submitted several data on behalf of a public administration
