I had tasted this kantola vegetable and it’s tasty and very yummy. The price of the vegetable ranges from 100 to 150 in the market. I had tried in fry variety and bhaji type and its really very awesome.

I had no idea it had that many health benefits by consuming the vegetable.

Thank you very much for the article and hopefully everyone likes the vegetable and its health benefits.

Kantola have lots of helth benefits. it’s very rearly found in farm ,not in fertile land .it is cultivated in roky place.
