In this modern day mostly the younger generation / even my friends prefer Starbucks and McCafe and other chains for coffee and tea.
But Those Shops are not as unique as this local tea stalls guys.

Yeah @BorrisS in all over India you will see many places and many small shops , stalls , and big restaurants as well as hotels all serves tea , india have a very old relations l with milk tea specially . Tea is available everywhere so all stalls are not popular but some are . I know some famous tea places in New Delhi , India .
