So this is my one more entry to the Bag The Change Challenge by @KetanChhaniyara. It’s really great that initially I was thinking that it would be hard to find the businesses that are promoting sustainability, but slowly, when I started searching, one after another, I started finding those businesses.
It’s literally wonderful that even after the COVID era these businesses were using plastics, but a couple of years ago these businesses started thinking about the environment.
This time it’s Taste ‘N’ Bite, which is a cake shop. Even I visited here a month ago, and I’ve been using this carry bag for different purposes for a month now without realizing that it’s a non-plastic, 100% compostable, and certified by CPCB. I have happily given them a review.
When I saw the POI today, it showed temporarily closed, so to check the reality, I went there and found it is open, so I marked it as reopened with the latest picture of the storefront. Till now the edit is pending; I hope it will be approved soon.
This is amazing @Shaunak !
I really like how you described the process. Sometimes we think it will be difficult to find sustainable businesses, but once we start paying attention, we discover many small actions that make a big difference.
Using a compostable bag for a whole month without even realizing it is a great example of how these changes can become part of our daily lives. That’s the kind of impact the Bag the Change challenge is creating: raising awareness in a very practical way
Really wonderful to see your 4th entry to the #BagTheChange challenge, @Shaunak.
I especially loved how you wrote this, because it shows that sustainable alternatives can become a natural part of our everyday lives once we notice them.
Your contribution continues to inspire others in our community to look for and appreciate mindful choices.
Thank you so much @Cecilita for your kind words of appreciation and motivation. Yes it’s a great thing that I am using this bag for a month now and it has become a part of my daily life.
Hi @Shaunak, it’s so encouraging to see businesses like ‘Taste ‘N’ Bite’ making a positive change for the environment. Thank you for taking the time to find them and for correcting their business hours on Maps. It’s wonderful to see how you are inspired by the Bag The Change Challenge by @KetanChhaniyara.
