In Bogor, many tubers are sold under the name of Talas.

We call it’s ‘Kachu’ in Bangladesh. and we eat it as a vegetable.

‘Taro’ a big version of the ‘Arum’. In Odisha it was know as ‘Saru’. It is bit slippery to hand when cooked. Thank you for sharing it @Wisnusetiono . This is widely used in Odisha.

It’s amazing how this vegetable can turn into that delicious looking sponge cake @Wisnusetiono , it blows my mind! Can you tell us a bit more about this “Talas”?
