To celebrate Yuan Xiao Jie (元宵節 in Mandarin, aka the Lantern Festival), the event venues in the city center are decorated with various lanterns and light installations.

I like this kind of event @ChanneLing . Have you seen my post Winter Fairy Tale in Poland ? Places like this are more and more popular in my country year after year. There are open only seasonally during winter time, as the day is short, so the exhibition can be open longer for the visitors.

@ChanneLing Thanks for sharing all the beautiful and colourful lanterns photos. Usually there are some lanterns display during the Chinese New Year back home in Malaysia.
