My husband’s local guide account has been suspended, I recently found out, since he try to ask for help in here and when he login he didn’t get any good news because he has been removed from that program, I log in with my account, because he couldn’t even login to ask for help with his account.
He is in level 7 and out of nowhere He lost his badges, He keeps doing his reviews and uploading pictures because it became a hobby and He was very happy with contribution, because he got invited to a meet up and he was invited to the summit last year.
So I never understand what happen I ask many times and no one care enough to answer so I google the whole thing and found about this site and when he will try to log in There Will not be any luck.
What happen?
He followed the rules.
He behaved good.
He worked hard for those points.
he deserves better judgment or at least prior notice before the suspension.
Google Maps policies on reviews, photos, and videos. For example, by posting duplicate reviews or photos, contributing offensive content, or uploading spam.
Google Maps mapping guidelines. For example, by adding fake locations to the map, changing the name of a business to an incorrect one, or adding unnecessary keywords in any field.
@Ashty you can always share a link to his profile on Maps here, so other local guides can have a look at what might be the problem. A lot of suspensions are triggered by ‘rule violations’ that the local guide is unaware of.
Btw, when an account who has been suspended try to access Connect, will be addressed to this section of the help page: Why was I removed from Local Guides?
In there there is a link to the appeal form, that is the only way to get in touch with the team. Creating an account to post here is useless, and can create more trouble, because a duplicate account is against the program rules

As I already said, the only way to escalate the issue is the one already shared with you.
Sharing his profile is probably useless, because the only contributions that we can see are photos and reviews, and most of the wrong contributions have been probably already flagged as private by Google (not publicly visible).
BTW, as you wanted to share the profile, on the public profile we can see:

i talked to him about these concerns, he said some of pictures was suggested by his phone! For the Marilyn Gladu photos, she has provided to him and he got her permission in advance.
