Recently I had a visit to a restaurant (Rang de Basanti Dhaba in Kolkata). When I ordered soft drinks, they provided the drink with biodegradable straws, which surprised me, because most of the restaurants provide one-time usable plastic straws . This is really an

I have came across some places who have replaced plastic straws with steel straws but due to covid they have stopped providing them.
I will surely share the pictures once I get a chance to visit there again

eco-friendly initiative by the restaurant authority. This type of initiative is badly needed to reduce the use of plastic and pollution from plastics. I have decided to use reusable stainless steel metal straws.
