Super Duper Fluffy Pancakes in Kanazawa, Japan

You may know that Japan has many jiggly or fluffy foods such as cheesecake, pancakes :slightly_smiling_face: And here you go. I found very fluffy pancakes in Kanazawa, Japan. And the pancakes that I had was limited and was made with amazake (sweet sake) to make it fluffier.

The cafe called “Cafe Tamon” has different tastes for pancakes and I chose Mont Blanc Pancakes (chestnut pancakes). I thought that the pancakes might be too sweet to eat but!! I could finish it so easily because it was sooo soft and fluffy.

This cafe is Japanese-style and the interior/atmosphere was good. Very cozy. I went there right after opening but it was almost full. Although I waited for about 10 mins or so, it may be better to make a reservation or you need to wait a bit.

If you want to try fluffy pancakes made with amazake, visit Kanazawa :slightly_smiling_face:

That pancake looks so soft when you cut it, @Annachan16 . Never had pancake like that before. Hahaa…

Does the panceke is the most popular dish in the shop? If so, it’s not surprising.

Btw I like how you take your video. In Javanese I would say: “Nggarai ngiler ae, Mbak!?” Hahaa…

Thanks for sharing
