Diu a tiny island at the south of Gujarat state is renowned for lovely beaches and natural elegance. One such an excellent spot is the Nagoa beach. It is always brimming with the tourists. However, at a small distance further, there is a great place to enjoy the sunset at the rocky viewpoint. Atop a small hillock, the site offers an outstanding view of the seashore, as well as the setting sun.

Diu was a Portuguese colony & still preserves many heritage sites.
I do not live there. I travelled there for a family vacation a few months back.
The spot is thinly visited, but it is not too far off from another popular beach nearby.
I like travel photography but with ease & hence I prefer a compact camera small in size.
For the photos, I used an Olympus Auto-focus zoom five mp CCD camera.
My observation is CCD was able to produce sharper pictures even with fewer megapixels, than the predominant CMOS technology.
