Yesterday I went with my friends to a temple located near my village and in this temple there was an idol of Lord Surya, whom the people of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh worship as Chhath, Chhathi Maiya and many other Hindu Gods and Goddesses.
After talking to the people, we came to know that this temple is of Dwapar era which was built by Lord Vishwakarma. This temple is about 850 meters on the way to Old Nalanda University Khandar. This temple is very crowded during Chhath Puja. I have taken some photos of this temple which have been uploaded on both Map and Connect.
