Today I was exploring some places in the United States using my mobile when I came across something I had not seen before: a review summary made with Gemini.
I don’t know how long this feature has been active, but I find it extremely useful.
It is only visible in the App, and in fact using a desktop computer we see different things.
And it is not only found in restaurants, but in any place where there are enough reviews to be able to make a reliable summary. Hotels, museums, grocery stores and more.
Unfortunately, this is a feature that is currently (unfortunately) available “only” for reviews written in English.
My hope is that, given that the translator has already been implemented in Google Maps for years and that Gemini works in multiple languages, in the future it can also be extended to other languages.

@ErmesT this feature looks promising and make it easier. But I think this a beta release for US or few places only sir. It is not showing for me. I’m checking from India.

@ErmesT نعم اخي السيد ارمس.ما يحققه جوجل فظيع ولقد تم تحديث جميني الى ٢.واحدثوا كثير من المهمات .كوني على اطلاع مع جوجل يصلني الكثير من اخبار وانا مطور مبتدء درجه ٢.من سلم مدرج ٥ درجات.واتعلم منهم ولهم حوافز بدون مقابل .جوجل كل شهر يعمل اجتماع للمطورين في الاردن.كونها مركز متقدم لهم.
Thanks for sharing this. I’m checking out some tourist spots in London and it looks very useful, but needs to be available in a language other than English to encourage use of AI summary
