I visited a newly opened sukiyaki restaurant in Tokyo!
Sukiyaki is a traditional Japanese dish where thinly sliced beef (or pork) is cooked in a sweet and savory sauce and dipped in fresh raw egg before eating.
The raw egg must be fresh to truly enjoy it!
I highly recommend trying it if you visit Japan!
