Hi @SophatCHY , usually when I flag a post, especially if an active Local Guide, I want to give a warning first.
I haven’t seen the specific post shared by you, but the title is self explanatory.
How is the release of a new phone related to the Local Guides program and activities? Just because most of us mostly use a mobile phone to contribute in Maps?
Or because it’s released by Google?
In this case we could write about every we product in the market, including cameras.
Also, as indicated in the message visible on your screenshot, the message was flagged by the community. It means that several users have flagged the post as “off topic” or “spam”, because it’s not possible to hide a post with a single flag.
For more detail you can read:

In addition a Googler will have to confirm or deny the flag, and eventually release the post.
Generally speaking I would suggest you to think, when you write a post, why that content is related to the Local Guides community and, in case of any doubt, to explain it in the post
