Sudbury Mobility Check

Sudbury Mobility Check

159 Cedar St

159 Cedar St, Sudbury, ON P3E, Canada

September 27, 2017 @ 15:00 (EDT)

This month, Local Guides are teaming up to answer wheelchair-accessibility questions on Google Maps. Want to get involved? We will be meeting in the small courtyard at the Government of Ontario Building at 159 Cedar Street here in Sudbury on Wednesday September 27th at 3pm. The event will last around 3ish hours, depending on the amount of people attending. I will be meeting with you all outside and once we begin I will locate inside the building to direct all of you on a laptop via G+ location sharing. Together we will canvas the entire downtown area for business’ that are not wheelchair accessible, and notify the owners that their Google business card will reflect such, giving them my contact info to have that status changed when/if they make the necessary changes. As always, we will be taking pictures of cool stuff and updating business hours as we go. Summer is nearing its end and many business’ have already changed to their fall/winter hours! Guests are permitted given they quickly make a Guides account to atleast post photos to. Attendees must provide their own devices/data. Drinks are permitted in sealed containers, and snacks are allowed in-between stores (no food in stores please). If you have any questions, feel free to email me at [Email address removed] for more info. This is my first Guides meetup, so I’m sorry if the formatting is a little strange! -Dax
