Stuffed Meatball Recipe Preparation

1. Put in a large frying pan, oil and chopped onion.
2. Let's add the minced meat when the onions have become pink.
3. Add the pepper paste, spices and salt to the minced meat for about 5 minutes, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
4. Finally, add the walnuts and chopped parsley to the cooked mortar and mix them. Let's take it from the stove and let it cool down.
5. For the outside of the meatballs, let's put the meatball bulgur and the semolina in a deep bowl.
6. Let's add hot water, cover it with a stretch film and wait for the bulgur to swell for about 10 minutes.
7. Then add the flour, eggs, spices and salt to the pepper paste and knead it well.
8. At this stage, you can knead your hand and knead more comfortably.
9. Let's open it with the stretch film cutting apparatus, which is about 20-25 cm long.
10. Take the tangerine-sized mortar from bulgur mortar and place it on it.
11. Let's close the stretch film again and open it thinly with the roller.
12. Thanks to the stretch film, it is possible to open the dough without sticking to the roller.
13. Then remove the stretch film on the top and cut it in a circle with a suitable mold.
14. Let's put a lot of minced meat in the middle. Let's fold our meatballs by doubling in the middle.
15. When all the meatballs are ready, let's fry them in hot oil.
16. We have obtained 22 stuffed meatballs with these measures.

Enjoy your meal :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi @Deniz09 ,

Thank you for sharing this recipe with us. I will try it as soon as possible. A couple of days ago, for the first time I made Adana kebap at home but I have never tried Içli köfte. Are ten minutes enough for the bulgur to be ready?

I recommend you to check this article 5 tips to consider when styling food to find out useful information about food photography.

Thank you for the information @Deniz09 . I think that Turkish cuisine is the best to try new things and still find what to try next time. When comes to the stuffed meatballs, I have difficulties to find the right bulgur for this recipe in Bulgaria but I will try it with what I have. Keep on posting your experience with food. :slightly_smiling_face:

Thank you very much for clarifying for everyone @Deniz09 . I am aware of this difference but it is a bit diffult to find the right one. It was easier when I was in Turkey to buy everything, which I needed. :slightly_smiling_face:
