I went to this Starbucks location in person, took real photos, and tried many times to add it as a new place on Google Maps.
But every submission keeps getting “Not accepted – Place creation”.
This is a real, open location, not temporary.
I’m wondering if this happens because it’s a global brand and Google only allows official partners to add new branches?

Hi @SophatCHY
I remember an earlier issue where an LG had problems adding a new Starbucks.
But I doubt chains and businesses can request Google to refuse Maps users to add a new branch. I think it would go against Google’s interests.
It is more likely the spam filter acting up.
I did request, and I want to make sure I go to that location to find a solution. It’s not Spam in action. I’m trying to solve, but Google never watches this.
The need to be on-site to make edits is a myth in my experience. Your best bet to get help is in the Google Maps Help Community, as this is unrelated to the LG program. You need to provide better screenshots (open the dropdown) in your edit comtribution list, so the details are visible. And you need a clear storefront photo, so the product experts can be convinced it is the same location as seen on the latest streetview image (from 2023, as far as I recall). The two photos you shared here could be from anywhere.
And you should reach out to starbucks in yur contru and ask them to have the location mentioned on their website, so you can deep link to this. And the phone number needs to match your data.

Yes Streetview is from Jun 2023:
Your photo needs to convincingly match the building structure shown here.
Agreed on both points: I have had the same experience, @MortenCopenhagen.
