Hi, Thank you for your answer. Yes I see it on my personal profile but my customers can no longer see it. Also I noticed that I am no longer in the list of professional photographer. (https://www.google.com/streetview/business/trusted/). How can I proove to my customer that I have a badge?

When it comes to Streetview issues please Read-this-first . There was a clean up and separation of local guides program from SV. Moreover users who have not been active for at least 18 months were taken off the for hire list.

I am sorry about your issue.
Yes, I can see that you had the badge in 2019, when you joined Connect.
As you also contributed constantly with 360 photos, I cannot see a reason for you to be removed from the For hire list, other than:
- An intentional action (e.g switching to OFF the “for hire” switch in the street View App.
- A glitch
Unfortunately, not having the badge, you cannot access automatically to the new Street View trusted Help Center, beccasse it is accessible to Trusted Photographers only.
I am tagging @MashaPS to see if there is a way to have your badge back, but I seriously doubt it can be done because, as mentioned in Questions about Street View? Read this first “As of July 19, 2021, new enrollments into the Street View trusted program are put on hold. At this time, we do not award the trusted badge to new contributors who’ve reached the minimum number of photos for membership, and do not list new professionals on the for-hire index.”
I want to add a note as you mentioned your “Customers”. Local Guides is a volunteer activity and, according to the Local Guides Program Terms and Conditions : “Organizations, brands, and businesses are not eligible for the Program. If you offer services for hire (such as marketing yourself as a Street View trusted provider), you are not allowed to bundle such services with your Local Guide membership”.
The best thing to do is to output from the Local Guides Program. For more details please read How to be a Street View trusted photographer while also being a Local Guide

This is an issue that I have reported time by time also for other badges. I wrote an idea time ago about the issue: Automatically update badges and profile when a badge is removed or a level is lowered
In this specific case, @E-quantall had for sure the badge when he joined Connect for the first time (Feb. 2019) then probably he lost it.
In Connect badge are updated (UP) when you join, but are never updated in Negative (DOWN).
Thank you good explanation and a welcome idea to upgrade or downgrade as the case maybe regarding the badges.
In the same vein, I stumbled upon a local guide who has not been active for four years but has a username here on connect. I thought of proposing an idea about cleaning up connect like SV to remove inactive LGs. On the other hand I decided against it. What do you think?
